Terms and Conditions:
Billing: Pnapna will bill your credit card on a recurring basis, weekly
or monthly, for the lead package you select unless you select the "one-time order" option
above. You may pause or cancel at any time by emailing us at [email protected]. If you
choose to be billed monthly, you will be automatically billed on the first Monday of every
month. You may choose the box below to select a 3-month agreement in order to receive an
additional discount. By selecting the 3-month agreement or 12-month agreement, you are
receiving a discount on the leads by entering into a contractual obligation to purchase the
number of leads that you specified above for a 3-month or 12-month period of time with no
pauses or delays. You may choose Weekly or Monthly billing with the 3-month or 12-month
agreement.
Leads: We send fresh leads every day Monday-Friday as they come in. You can
specify how many leads each day/week (write it in the notes section above or notify the
support team). Our lead flow fluctuates, so you may have days with more leads, days with
less leads, and days with no leads.
Lead Returns: We do not provide refunds but will replace bad leads with good
leads. Leads with inaccurate information can be returned, but leads that do not respond,
can't afford your services, or are not interested in working with your company, cannot be
returned (See http://www.Pnapna.com/faq for full return policy).
Liability: In no event shall Pnapna.com, its parent company, its
subsidiaries, its employees, officers, or directors be liable for any damages of any kind.
In the event that Pnapna.com is found liable to client for damages, the amount paid in
damages shall not exceed the amount that Client has paid Pnapna.com.
Jurisdiction: This agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance
with the laws of the State of New Jersey and Any disputes arising from this agreement will
be litigated or arbitrated.
